Car parks meet various challenges with their floorings. The car park floors will require being able to safeguard the surface from abrasion and damage. Moreover in the case of multi-story car parks also needs to act as waterproofing in-between layers.
Yet, its difficult tasks do not stop here: System specified for such areas will need to be resistant to hot tires and car emissions. As well as occasional spillages from brake fluids, oils, and other chemicals. All these factors need to be taken into account when designing the right car park floor.

ATI’s Batangas Port (Phase 1) is the top domestic port in the country in terms of passenger volume and serves as the primary springboard for commodities between mainland Luzon, the Mimaropa (Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon and Palawan) region and other nearby Visayas island destinations.
Annually, Batangas Port handles over three million outbound passengers and facilitates the transit of over 200,000 vehicles via high-speed inter-island ferries and Roll-on/Roll-off vessels plying the Luzon-Visayas interisland routes. Given its location, the port also serves as a strategic staging ground for domestic containerized trade between Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
Aside from domestic operations, Batangas Port extends its expertise in handling international general cargoes. Torch On Membranes is a polymer modified membranes used as Bituminous Waterproofing for substructures and roofs. TOM’s are manufactured out of a mixture of bitumen and different polymers like APP (Atactic Poly Propylene) or SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene) to influence cold temperature performance, elongation etc. and are coated onto a dimension stable reinforcement (Polyester or Glassfibre) to influence mechanical properties like tear-strength, puncture resistance, etc

The company was founded in 1997 and is based in Laguna Technopark, Philippines. great business relationships are formed.Takata Plant 1 and 3 : 16,194 sq.ft. production floor needs to be refurbished within 4-5 day plant shutdown.The scope of specification was an epoxy coating system with 3 coats system smooth finish for the production floor areas which would be hardwearing, abrasion resistant and aesthetically good.Zumicon proposed the whole system of Sealbond EFC 80 with the primer, crack filler : (1 coat Eposeal 100lv primer with 2 coats of EFC 80 as topcoat)Client and consultant were delighted by the quality of work and on time delivery.

Polyurethane Mortar System is a self leveling, low odor slurry that can be applied at 3/16" thickness and broadcast to a yield of 1/4" to 3/8" system. It is used for environments requiring a durable floor that can withstand heavy and abusive service.

Zumicon went to work by power washing roof and utilize wire brushing, as needed, to bring to tight rust finish. Before proceeding, the roof was free of dirt, debris and completely dry. Prep the surface area including sealing fasteners and horizontal & vertical seams along with penetrations.using Hyperseal LM25,: Once prep was completed, Sealbond Anti-Corrosive primer coat and Bondflex Acrylic Waterproofing paint as Topcoat were applied . Upon completion, the finished roof was thoroughly inspected by Zumicon and approved by Facilities and Engineering management of PMPC.
