Metro Manila, Philippines—Zumicon Coating and Waterproofing Services Co. has successfully completed a major waterproofing project for a leading international banking corporation’s data center in the heart of the metropolis. The project involved installing a high-performance grey TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) membrane system across the expansive roof deck, which also hosts an array of solar panel systems.
Despite the added complexity of existing photovoltaic panel structures and heavy MEPF installations, Zumicon's team demonstrated exceptional coordination and technical precision. The grey TPO membrane was installed seamlessly beneath the mounted solar panels, ensuring no compromise was made to the system's integrity or performance.

The project scope also included meticulous surface preparation, detailing around mechanical equipment and pipe penetrations, and comprehensive flood testing to ensure leak-proof performance.
